Every item we sell is covered. How long depends on whether it's Brand-new or Pre-loved.
Brand-new
10 years
On frames. 2 years on fabric, foam and moving parts.
Pre-loved
6 months
On structure and stability, on every checked piece.
Clearance, ex-display and as-is items are sold with any noted faults disclosed. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply to undisclosed faults.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Frame failure, joint separation or structural collapse under normal household use.
- Faulty mechanisms — recliners, drawer runners, gas lifts.
- Seams and stitching failing under normal use.
Appliances are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty, and we help you make that claim.
What isn't covered
These are part of normal use rather than faults. This mirrors standard industry terms and doesn't affect your rights for genuine faults.
- Natural fading or creasing of leather and fabric over time.
- Foam and cushions softening with use.
- Minor timber grain and colour variation.
- Size variation of up to 5% on handmade items.
- Fabric pilling.
- Damage from assembly, misuse, spills, pets or normal wear.
- Commercial use of furniture intended for the home.
Conditions
- Keep your tax invoice — it's your proof of purchase.
- Furniture must have been used for its intended purpose in a domestic setting.
- We assess every claim against the fault and explain the remedy we can offer.
This warranty sits on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — it doesn't replace or limit them. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.
