• Your name, phone number, email and delivery address, so we can take payment and deliver.
• Order history, so we can handle returns and warranty claims.
• Photos you send us for a sell-to-us quote or a warranty claim.
• Messages you send us through website chat, Facebook Messenger or the contact form.
• Website analytics — pages viewed, product and cart interactions, contact-button clicks, chat opens and message sends, confirmed purchase counts, device type and approximate location.

We share only the information needed for the services described below:

• Delivery drivers and couriers — name, address, phone.
• Payment providers, including Afterpay and Zip, who apply their own privacy policies.
• Suppliers, where an item ships directly to you.
• Google Analytics — website activity, product and cart information, and transaction references, as described below.
• Government or law enforcement, where we're legally required to.

We'll only email or text you about sales and new arrivals if you've opted in, and every message has a one-tap unsubscribe. Opting out never affects your orders, warranty or service.

Under the Australian Privacy Act you can ask us to:

• Show you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Delete your information, where we're not legally required to keep it.
• Stop marketing to you.

Order and warranty records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires. Quote photos and general enquiries are deleted after 12 months.

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and website activity, including product pages, phone and contact-button clicks, chat opens and successful message sends, cart additions and confirmed purchases. It uses cookies and receives usage information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location. Product and cart events may include product identifiers, names, quantities and displayed item values. Confirmed full-payment purchases are counted using a transaction reference that does not contain contact or payment details; we do not currently send purchase revenue. We do not add customer names, contact details, chat text or payment details to these event payloads. Page addresses may include campaign tags and site-search terms. Google's advertising features remain disabled. Our separate website activity counts use a random browser-tab code rather than a name. When an order is completed, its order reference helps us relate the visit to the confirmed sale.
