Assembly
Most of our furniture arrives ready to use. Where assembly is needed, we tell you before you buy.
Assembled
Sofas, lounges, most pre-loved pieces and appliances arrive ready to use — feet may screw on.
Minor assembly
Bed frames, dining tables and shelving. Tools and instructions included, typically 15–40 minutes.
Flat packed
Some new items ship boxed. The product page says so before you buy.
Optional service
We'll assemble it for you
Add assembly at checkout and our team will put it together in the room of your choice, then take the packaging away.

Availability is confirmed with your delivery run — we'll agree the day with you before your order goes out.

Assembling it yourself
- Unpack in the room where the furniture will live — assembled items are harder to move through doorways.
- Lay out all parts and hardware first and check them against the parts list.
- Hand-tighten all bolts before fully tightening any, so the frame can settle square.
- Keep the instructions and spare hardware — useful if you move house.
- Two people are easier than one for bed frames and larger tables.
Damage caused during your own assembly isn't covered by warranty, so if a step isn't clear, stop and message us — we'd rather talk you through it than see a part broken.
Packaging removal
Our delivery team can take packaging away on request — just ask when we confirm your delivery. Otherwise cardboard and timber are recyclable through Brisbane City Council kerbside collection.
